Biography of Vladimir Kutsenko

Vladimir Kutsenko (* 18. February 1921 in Pavlogradsky Uyezd; † 6. January 1998 in Kyiv) was a journalist. He was 76 years old. His education included Historical Department of the National University of Kyiv and High political school of Central Committee of KPU. He received 4 awards, including Order of the Badge of Honour, Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
