Vladimir Qafarov (* 19. May 1935 in Sabirabad; † 19. July 2000 in Baku) was a soviet translator. He was 65 years old. He studied at Baku State University. His awards include Honored Culture Worker of the Azerbaijan SSR, Honored Art Worker of the Azerbaijan SSR and Humay Award.
