Biography of Vladimir Shcherba

Vladimir Shcherba (* 3. June 1961 in Salihorsk district; † 4. October 2017) was a scientist. He was 56 years old. His education included Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University and Moscow State Mining University. His awards include State Prize of the Republic of Belarus and Medal "For Labor Services".
