Biography of Vladimir Strakhov

Vladimir Strakhov (* 3. May 1932 in Moscow; † 30. November 2012 in Moscow) was a geologist from Russia. He was 80 years old. He studied at Russian State Geological Prospecting University. He worked at Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth. He was awarded the B. Golitsyn Prize. He was buried at Donskoe cemetery.
