Vladimir Tsybin (* 11. March 1932 in Boroldoy; † 25. July 2001 in Moscow) was a russian writer. He was 69 years old. He studied at Maxim Gorky Literature Institute. His awards include Order of the Red Banner of Labour and Order of Friendship of Peoples. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
