Wacław Makarczyk (* 19. January 1928 in Warsaw; † 23. June 1986) was a polish sociologist. He was 58 years old. He studied at University of Warsaw. He worked at Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences. His awards include Armia Krajowa Cross, Commander of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Army Medal for War 1939-45.
