Biography of Władysław Klaczyński

Władysław Klaczyński (* 3. January 1929 in Vawkavysk; † 27. November 2005) was a polish diplomat. He was 76 years old. He studied at Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. His awards include Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit and Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
