Władysław Parczewski (* 1. January 1907 in Łomża; † 1. January 1988 in Warsaw) was a polish physicist, climatologist and meteorologist. He was 81 years old. He studied at University of Warsaw. He worked at Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He was awarded the Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Powązki Cemetery.
