Władysław Sołtan (* 7. July 1870 in Tver; † 7. February 1943 in Warsaw) was a latvian lawyer and politician. He was 72 years old. He studied at Imperial University of Dorpat. His awards include Golden Laurel of the Polish Academy of Literature, Gold Cross of Merit and Commander of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
