Biography of Władysław Tatarkiewicz

Władysław Tatarkiewicz (* 3. April 1886 in Warsaw; † 4. April 1980 in Warsaw) was a polnischer Philosoph und Ethiker. He was 94 years old. He had at least 1 child (1 son). His education included Warsaw University of Technology, University of Warsaw, Flying University and Lviv University. He worked at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, University of Warsaw and Vilnius University. His awards include Idzi Radziszewski prize, Commander of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Knight of the Legion of Honour. He was buried at Powązki Cemetery.
