Biography
Valeriy Lobanovskyi (* January 6, 1939 in Kyiv; † May 13, 2002 in Zaporizhzhia) was an ukrainian football manager. He was 63 years old. His education included Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Odesa National Polytechnic University. He received 4 awards, including Order of Merit (Ukraine), 3rd class, Order of Merit (Ukraine), 2nd class. His cause of death was stroke. He was buried at Baikove Cemetery.
