Walter De Maria (* October 1, 1935 in Albany; † July 25, 2013 in New York City) was an american painter and sculptor. He was 77 years old. He was married to Susanne De Maria. He studied at University of California, Berkeley. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship. His cause of death was stroke.
