Wassili Dmitrijewitsch Kusnezow (* 7. February 1932 in Ryazan; † 6. August 2001 in Moscow) was a sowjetischer Leichtathlet. He was 69 years old. His awards include Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Order of the Badge of Honour and Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
