Wassili Iwanowitsch Saizew (* 12. February 1911 in Tula; † 13. April 1982 in Kharkiv) was a soviet military leader, Hero of the Soviet Union. He was 71 years old. His education included Orlov Tank School and Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. He received 10 awards, including Hero of the Soviet Union, Order of Lenin. He was buried at Second City Cemetery.
