Vasily Lanovoy (* 16. January 1934 in Moscow; † 28. January 2021 in Moscow) was a soviet and Russian actor. He was 87 years old. He was married to Tatiana Samoilova and Irina Kupchenko. His education included Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute and Lomonosov Moscow State University. He received 10 awards, including Order of Honour, People's Artist of the USSR. His cause of death was COVID-19. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
