Biography of Weniamin Jewgenjewitsch Tschirkin

Weniamin Jewgenjewitsch Tschirkin (* 23. October 1924 in Mstyora; † 2. November 2019 in Moscow) was a legal scholar. He was 95 years old. He studied at Moscow State University, Faculty of Law. He worked at Ural State Law University. He received 5 awards, including Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class, Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
