Wiktor Matwejewitsch Lebedew (* 23. November 1903 in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast; † 5. December 1943 in Dnipro) was a soviet regimental commissar. He was 40 years old. He studied at Nizhny Novgorod State Architectural and Civil Engineering University. His awards include Order of the Red Banner, Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class and Medal "For the Defence of Stalingrad".
