Biography of Wiktor Wassiljewitsch Iwanow

Wiktor Wassiljewitsch Iwanow (* 28. October 1937 in Donetsk; † 16. December 2013 in Moscow) was a russian diplomat. He was 76 years old. He studied at Moscow State Linguistic University. He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honour.
