Biography of Wiktor Wolkow

Wiktor Wolkow (* 14. September 1941 in Mykolaiv; † 18. September 2004 in Yalta) was a painter. He was 63 years old. His education included Crimean Art School named after M. S. Samokysh and Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design. His awards include Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR and State Prize of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
