Biography
Willard Boyle (* August 19, 1924 in Amherst; † May 7, 2011 in Wallace) was a canadian physicist and inventor. He was 86 years old. His education included McGill University and Lower Canada College. He received 8 awards, including Nobel Prize in Physics, Stuart Ballantine Medal. His cause of death was kidney disease. He was buried at Wallace Cemetery.
