Biography of Willard C. Brinton

Willard C. Brinton (* 22. December 1880; † 29. November 1957) was an american construction engineer. He was 76 years old. His education included Harvard University and Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He was awarded the Fellow of the American Statistical Association.
