William B. Hanson (* 30. December 1923; † 11. September 1994) was an american space physics researcher and academic director. He was 70 years old. His education included University of Minnesota and George Washington University. He worked at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space and University of Texas at Dallas. He was awarded the John Adam Fleming Medal. His cause of death was bicycle accident.
