William Redington Hewlett (* 20. May 1913 in Ann Arbor; † 12. January 2001 in Palo Alto) was an american electrical engineer, co-founder of Hewlett-Packard. He was 87 years old. He was married to Flora Lamson Hewlett. His education included Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received 6 awards, including Lemelson–MIT Prize, National Medal of Science. He was buried at Los Gatos Memorial Park.
