Biography of William I. Woods

William I. Woods (* 5. March 1947 in Milwaukee; † 11. September 2015) was an american soil geographer and geoarchaeologist. He was 68 years old. His education included Whitefish Bay High School and University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He worked at University of Kansas and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. His awards include Rip Rapp Archaeological Geology Award, CAPE Distinguished Career Award and honorary doctor of the University of Uppsala.
