Biography of William Powers

William Powers (* 30. May 1946 in Los Angeles; † 10. March 2019 in Austin) was an american legal scholar. He was 72 years old. His education included University of California, Berkeley and Harvard Law School. He worked at University of Washington, University of Michigan and Southern Methodist University. He was buried at Texas State Cemetery.
