William Yancy Bell (* 23. February 1887 in Memphis; † 10. April 1962) was an american bishop. He was 75 years old. His education included Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Lane College, Northwestern University and Garrett–Evangelical Theological Seminary. He worked at Gammon Theological Seminary, Morris Brown College and Howard University. His faith was Methodism.
