Biography of Winfried Lipscher

Winfried Lipscher (* 7. June 1938 in Barczewo; † 9. February 2024 in Berlin) was a deutscher Theologe, Dolmetscher, Übersetzer und Publizist. He was 85 years old. He studied at University of Münster. He worked at Federal Foreign Office. His faith was Catholic Church. His awards include Knight of St. Sylvester, Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland.
