Biography of Witold Lwowitsch Schmulian

Witold Lwowitsch Schmulian (* 29. August 1914 in Kherson; † 27. August 1944 in Praga) was a russischer Mathematiker. He was 29 years old. He was married to Vera Gantmacher. He studied at Odesa University. He worked at Steklov Institute of Mathematics. He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class.
