Wladimir Pawlowitsch Birjukow (* 10. July 1888 in Pershinskoe; † 18. June 1971 in Yekaterinburg) was a russian local historian. He was 82 years old. His education included Moscow Archaeological Institute, Perm Theological Seminary and Казанский ветеринарный институт. He was awarded the Order of Saint Stanislaus. He was buried at Nizhne-Isetskoe cemetery.
