Wladimir Wiktorowitsch Smirnow (* 20. May 1954 in Rubizhne; † 28. July 1982 in Rome) was a sowjetischer Fechter. He was 28 years old. His awards include Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR, Order of Friendship of Peoples and Bronze Olympic Order. He was buried at Lukyanivske Military Cemetery.
