Biography of Wolodymyr Rwatschow

Wolodymyr Rwatschow (* 21. October 1926 in Chyhyryn; † 26. April 2005 in Kharkiv) was a sowjetisch-ukrainischer Mathematiker. He was 78 years old. He studied at Lviv University. He worked at Academy of Sciences of the USSR, A. Pidhornyi Institute of Mechanical Engineering Problems, Berdiansk State Pedagogical University, Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics and Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute. He received 6 awards, including Order of Friendship of Peoples, Order of the Red Banner of Labour. He was buried at Second City Cemetery.
