Xavier Galezowski (* 5. January 1832 in Lypovets; † 22. March 1907 in Paris) was a franco-Polish ophthalmologist. He was 75 years old. He had at least 1 child (1 daughter). He studied at S. M. Kirov Military Medical Academy. He was awarded the Officer of the Legion of Honour. He was buried at Père Lachaise Cemetery.
