Biography of Yasumasa Shimomura

Yasumasa Shimomura (* 10. February 1925 in Tokyo; † 18. August 2009) was a japanese jurist-consultant. He was 84 years old. His education included Chuo University and University of Osaka. He worked at Chuo University. He was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure, 3rd class.
