Yuri Pugach (* 21. April 1945 in Saint Petersburg; † 8. June 2019 in Fair Lawn) was a soviet decorator and painter. He was 74 years old. He studied at Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design. He was awarded the Vasilyev Brothers State Prize of the RSFSR.
