Biography of Yuriy Sharvin

Yuriy Sharvin (* 24. June 1919 in Moscow; † 3. October 1990 in Moscow) was a soviet physicist. He was 71 years old. He studied at MSU Faculty of Physics. He worked at P.L. Kapitza Institute for Physical Problems RAS. His awards include Order of the Red Banner of Labour and Simon Memorial Prize. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
