Biography
Yvonne Choquet-Bruhat (* December 29, 1923 in Lille; † February 11, 2025 in Mérignac) was a french mathematician and physicist. She was 101 years old. She was married to Gustave Choquet and Léonce Fourès. Her education included École Normale Supérieure, Science Faculty of Paris, National Center for Scientific Research and École normale supérieure de jeunes filles. Her awards include CNRS silver medal, Marcel Grossmann Award and Dannie Heineman Prize for Mathematical Physics.
