Biography of Záviš Kalandra

Záviš Kalandra (* 10. November 1902 in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm; † 27. June 1950 in Prague) was a tschechischer Journalist, Publizist und Schriftsteller. He was 47 years old. His education included Charles University and Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. He was awarded the Order of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, 1st class. His cause of death was hanging to death. He was buried at Ďáblice cemetery.
