Zofia Banet-Fornalowa (* 15. May 1929 in Warsaw; † 19. September 2012 in Warsaw) was a polish historian and Esperantist. She was 83 years old. She was married to Jerzy Fornal. Her awards include Zasłużony Działacz Kultury and Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta. She was buried at Okopowa Street Jewish Cemetery.
