Biography of Abraham Gottlob Werner

Abraham Gottlob Werner (* 25. September 1749 in Osiecznica; † 30. June 1817 in Dresden) was a deutscher Mineraloge. He was 67 years old. His education included University of Freiburg, Freiberg University of Mining and Technology and Leipzig University. He worked at Freiberg University of Mining and Technology. He was awarded the Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
