Biography of Abram Winberg

Abram Winberg (* 16. August 1908 in Saint Petersburg; † 25. July 1989 in Moscow) was a soviet expert criminalist. He was 80 years old. He studied at Faculty of Law, Saint Petersburg State University. He worked at Red Army Military Law Academy, Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and Institute of State and Law. His awards include Honored Scientist of the RSFSR and Почётный работник Прокуратуры СССР. He was buried at Vvedenskoye Cemetery.
