Biography of Achille Liénart

Achille Liénart (* 7. February 1884 in Lille; † 15. February 1973 in Lille) was a französischer Kardinal, Bischof von Lille. He was 89 years old. His education included Pontifical Biblical Institute, Catholic University of Paris and Collège Saint-Joseph de Lille. His faith was Catholic Church. He received 4 awards, including Grand Cross of the Legion of Honour, Croix de guerre 1914–1918. He was buried at Lille Cathedral.
