Akira Minato (* 1. January 1905 in Iwate Prefecture; † 1. January 1992) was a japanese scientist. He was 87 years old. He studied at University of Tokyo. He worked at Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences and Hokkaido College of Pharmacy. He was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure, 2nd Class.
