Biography of Albert Châtelet

Albert Châtelet (* 24. October 1883 in Valhuon; † 30. June 1960 in Paris) was a französischer Mathematiker und Politiker. He was 76 years old. He had at least 1 child (1 son). His education included École Normale Supérieure and University of Paris. He worked at University of Lille, University of Paris, University of Toulouse (1896-1968), Government of the French Republic and University of Caen Normandy. He received 4 awards, including Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour, Grand prix des sciences mathématiques. He was buried at Montparnasse Cemetery.
