Biography of Aleksandr Portnov

Aleksandr Portnov (* 6. July 1947 in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk; † 23. April 2010 in Ivanovo) was a russian scientist. He was 62 years old. He studied at Ivanovo State University. He worked at Ivanovo State University, Ivanovo State University of Chemistry and Technology and Ivanovo State Power Engineering University. He was awarded the Honoured Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation.
