Alexei Kirillowitsch Kortunow (* 28. March 1907 in Novocherkassk; † 18. November 1973 in Moscow) was a minister of the Gas Industry of USSR, Hero of the Soviet Union. He was 66 years old. His awards include Hero of the Soviet Union, Order of Lenin and Jubilee Medal "In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin". He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
