Alicia Markova (* December 1, 1910 in London; † December 2, 2004 in Bath) was a british ballerina, choreographer, director and teacher of classical ballet. She was 94 years old. Her awards include Critics' Circle Award for Distinguished Service to the Arts and Queen Elizabeth II Coronation Award. Her cause of death was stroke.
