Biography of Alyson Bailes

Alyson Bailes (* 6. April 1949 in Manchester; † 29. April 2016) was a britische Direktorin des Stockholm International Peace Research Institute. She was 67 years old. Her education included Somerville College and The Belvedere Academy. She worked at College of Europe, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and University of Iceland. She was awarded the Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George. Her cause of death was pancreatic cancer.
