Anatoly Shikhin (* 2. December 1922 in Moscow; † 2. May 1989 in Moscow) was a soviet university teacher. He was 66 years old. He studied at Moscow Power Engineering Institute. He worked at Moscow Power Engineering Institute and Higher Attestation Commission. He was awarded the Medal "For the Victory over Japan".
