Biography of Andrey Velko

Andrey Velko (* 20. February 1974 in Jangy-Jer, Chuy; † 3. September 2004 in Beslan) was a 76th Guards Air Assault Division. He was 30 years old. He studied at Ryazan Airborne Command High School. He worked at Vympel. His awards include Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", Medal "For Courage" and Medal of Suvorov. He was buried at Nikolo-Arkhangelskoe Cemetery.
