Anne Rice (* 4. October 1941 in New Orleans; † 11. December 2021 in Rancho Mirage) was an american writer. She was 80 years old. She was married to Stan Rice. She had at least 1 child (1 daughter). Her education included San Francisco State University, Texas Woman's University, University of North Texas and Richardson High School. Her faith was secular humanism. Her awards include World Horror Convention Grand Master Award, Locus Award for Best Horror Novel and Bram Stoker Award for Lifetime Achievement. Her cause of death was stroke. She was buried at Metairie Cemetery.
